Dr. Bridges is a board-certified neurological surgeon serving the Treasure Valley since 2018. Dr. Bridges developed a passion for Neurosurgery at a young age. She completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she majored in Neurosciences and performed research in complex brain networks. She then completed her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. There, she was formally recognized for her altruism in medicine and received the “Outstanding Student in Neuroscience” award as well as the American Medical Women’s Association award for Academic Achievement. After medical school, she attended Oregon Health and Science University for her neurosurgical training, where she worked with critically ill people with complex brain and spine disease. Dr. Bridges also made substantial contributions to neurosurgical research, publishing multiple research articles and giving numerous presentations. In addition, she scored in the top of her class on the written board examination for neurological surgeons.

Audra Wilson, PA-C
Audra Wilson is a dedicated physician assistant committed to providing exceptional patient care. A proud native of the Treasure Valley, Audra is passionate about giving back to the community she calls home.
Audra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience with a minor in Biology from Washington State University, where she was an active member of the Honor’s College (Go Cougs!). After graduation, she returned to the Treasure Valley to serve at a local orthopedic clinic, further strengthening her connection to the area.
She then pursued her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Des Moines University in Iowa, where she honed the skills necessary to provide top-tier medical care. Following graduation, Audra moved to Tacoma, Washington, where she gained invaluable experience working in neurosurgery for a year before transitioning to orthopedic surgery for another year. While she cherished her time in Washington, her love for the Treasure Valley and its close-knit community brought her back home.
Audra is excited to support her community by helping individuals achieve a higher quality of life through compassionate and skilled care.
Outside of work, Audra enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her husband Josh, exploring new restaurants and local shops, and embracing the outdoors through activities like camping and fishing.
Maria Werner
With over 15 years serving the medical community, Maria is a highly experienced surgical administrative assistant. Her role at Bridges Neurosurgery is vast but includes scheduling patient appointments, arranging logistics for surgeries, coordinating diagnostic studies, and ensuring every patient is provided VIP service with prompt responses to phone calls and expedited care. She is incredibly caring and detail-oriented, seeking to optimize every patient’s experience through what can be a stressful and timely process.
When not at work, Maria enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, attending their sports activities, and traveling when able. Maria was raised in Idaho and continues to serve the Treasure Valley through her compassionate and comprehensive care.
